Advance payments made for EV charging station projects, site surveys, or bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders or service requests once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

In case of cancellation before project initiation, partial refund may be considered at management discretion.

3. Failed Transactions

In case of payment failure or duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
