This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made for services offered by Enerzyzone Vertex Innovations LLP ("Company", "we", "our", "us") may be refunded or cancelled.
1. Nature of Services
The Company provides EV charging station–related services including consultation, site survey, supply, installation, maintenance, franchise support, and allied solutions. Due to the customized and project-based nature of these services, refunds and cancellations are limited.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Once an order, service request, or booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests, if any, must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the Company.
- No cancellation is permitted after project initiation, site survey completion, or material procurement.
3. Refund Policy
- Advance payments, booking amounts, site survey fees, and consultation charges are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by the Company, the refundable amount (if any) will be processed after deduction of applicable administrative, survey, or processing charges.
4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
- In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but the service is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- In case of duplicate or excess payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
- Such refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment mode via Razorpay.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
6. No Cash Refunds
- All refunds will be processed only through the original payment method.
- Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
7. Changes to Policy
Enerzyzone Vertex Innovations LLP reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
